I began writing at a young age. It was my healing balm to be with my experience and my emotions. Inspiration flew through me and I found the comfort and answers I needed in the moments of pleasure and pain.
Writing is a healing art form.
It sucks out the poison and pain and illuminates the love and joy. I have my clients and students journal. What is revealed is more precious than gold.
It unlocks Pandora’s box and shows you the pot of gold. It’s pure alchemy. Everything that shows up on paper is revealed, accepted, honored and if you wish transformed.
Write with me.
Get a journal or piece of paper.
Create a quiet space with no distractions.
Breathe into your heart.
Ask it to speak.
Then listen.
And write freely with no judgement.
